Contract French Speaking Leadership Training Facilitator - (based onsite - Morocco)

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced, freelance Leadership Training Workshop Facilitator to lead two in-person training workshops in Rabat, Morocco, covering the following topics:

These sessions are part of a broader initiative to equip teams with practical, forward-thinking skills aligned with sustainable and safe work practices.

• Circular Economy

The tentative timeline for the workshops are July and September/October, 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging, interactive workshops in French to a live audience.

• Tailor session delivery to meet the cultural and business context of participants.

• Drive discussions, manage group dynamics, and ensure learning outcomes are met.

• Collaborate with Infopro Learning teams on pre-session preparation and post-session feedback.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience delivering live training workshops (preferably in a corporate or professional learning environment).

• Subject matter knowledge in Circular Economy and/or Health & Safety.

• Fluent French language skills (spoken and written).

• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills; able to engage diverse learner groups.

• Experience working internationally or across culturally varied audiences is a plus.
