About the Role

Join Infopro Learning’s development team to build high-quality, visually polished, and instructionally sound eLearning experiences for a global enterprise client. As a Storyline Developer, you will bring storyboards to life through advanced interaction development, visual execution, and seamless media integration.

You will work closely with instructional designers, SMEs, and development peers to independently build engaging digital learning experiences that meet the highest standards of functionality, accuracy, accessibility, and visual quality. This role is ideal for a developer with strong Storyline expertise who takes pride in technical precision and delivering polished learning products.

What You’ll Do

• Independently develop interactive eLearning courses in Articulate Storyline based on detailed storyboards and instructional design specifications.

• Build learning modules in close alignment with storyboard structure, instructional intent, and visual design requirements.

• Develop complex interactions using Storyline features such as triggers, variables, layers, branching, and conditional navigation.

• Visualize and implement user interfaces, interactions, graphics, and learner flows that enhance engagement and usability.

• Integrate audio, video, simulations, animations, and multimedia components into eLearning solutions.

• Produce simulation videos and screen-based demonstrations using tools such as Camtasia and Adobe Captivate.

• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within Storyline modules to ensure a smooth learner experience.

• Conduct thorough QC and QA checks to ensure functional accuracy, consistency, SCORM compliance, and visual polish.

• Manage multiple development assignments, meet project timelines, and respond effectively to evolving requirements.

• Collaborate with instructional designers and team members to resolve technical challenges and ensure high quality delivery.

• Maintain organized project files and follow established development standards, templates, and processes.

What You Bring

• 4 to 6 years of professional experience developing eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline.

• Advanced expertise in Articulate Storyline 3 or higher. This is the primary requirement for the role.

• Ability to build complex interactions, branching scenarios, and advanced Storyline functionality independently.

• Strong proficiency in Camtasia and Adobe Captivate for simulation and multimedia development.

• Experience integrating audio, video, graphics, and interactive elements into eLearning modules.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word.

• Ability to accurately interpret storyboards and translate them into fully functional eLearning experiences with minimal supervision.

• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a high standard of quality across deliverables.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative development environment.

• Familiarity with tools such as Audacity, Vyond, or Zoomforth is a plus.
