We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to help turn product vision into the documents, decisions, and experiences that engineering builds from. This is a growth-oriented role designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in product management while working directly with a founder and a fast-moving engineering team.

What You'll Do

Transform ideas, customer feedback, and business needs into clear product requirements, feature briefs, and product documentation
Create wireframes, mockups, presentations, and product artifacts using AI-powered tools
Partner closely with the Founder to translate product vision into actionable plans
Work daily with engineers to clarify requirements, answer questions, and support product delivery
Participate in customer and user conversations, identifying insights and translating them into product improvements
Maintain and refine product documentation as priorities evolve
Build deep expertise in AI, skills intelligence, learning, and talent management domains
Contribute to product decisions through research, analysis, and structured problem-solving

Job requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

3+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Operations, Consulting, Learning & Development, HR Technology, Implementation, or a related field
Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand needs, and translate them into actionable solutions
Strong interest in product management and technology
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail

Strong product thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Exceptional written communication and documentation skills
Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate them clearly
Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

AI Fluency

We are looking for candidates who actively use AI tools as part of their daily workflow.

This may include:

Creating presentations and product artifacts
Building wireframes and mockups
Drafting and refining documentation
Research and analysis
Organizing and synthesizing information
Improving productivity and decision-making

AI should be a core part of how you work, not an occasional tool you experiment with.
