Designation - AVP - Learning Solutions

Experience - 15 + Years

Role

As an AVP- Learning Solutions, you will be instrumental in helping the organization acquire new customers, thereby contributing to business growth. You will be responsible for supporting Sales team with shaping opportunities to specific requirements, scoping customers’ needs, creating effective solutions, writing compelling proposals and presenting solutions to customers. You will be expected to create solutions that accurately address customer needs and are in line with the latest trends in the learning industry.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customers’ business issues and implicit and explicit needs
  • Determine the scope of an opportunity in terms of measurable learning goals and learning services needed to meet those goals
  • Participate in client meetings with clear agenda and questions to gain clarity on client requirements
  • Translate business requirements into potential learning needs and create impactful and effectiveness learning solutions, incorporating learning artefacts, delivery considerations, technology, timelines, and price
  • Provide appropriate analysis, advice, and support to maximize planning and decision-making for learning solutions that support business objectives
  • Educate clients and drive them to agreement on needs and scope
  • Suggest appropriate learning strategies and services to meet performance goals
  • Establish cost benefit and ROI measures
  • Identify risks and address those in proposed approach
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to explain business requirements that drive learning needs
  • Prioritize and focus activities and decisions on opportunities that produce significant, strategic business impact
  • Be on the top of market trends and developments in learning industry


Job requirements

Job Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree
  • 15+ years’ experience in learning design & delivery, preferably for corporate clients
  • Hands-on experience in creating presentations with clarity using effective storytelling techniques
  • Experience in conducting training needs analysis (TNA)
  • Exposure to learning technologies such as Storyline, Captivate, and Rise and platforms such as LMS, collaborative learning platforms etc.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to focus activities and decisions on opportunities that produce a significant, strategic business impact
  • Excellent communication – oral and written
  • High attention to detail, ownership, and commitment
  • Ability to self-manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred:

  • Experience in creating proposals and presentations
  • Exposure to training delivery, moderation, learning technology, and success plannning
  • Project planning, deployment planning, and pricing
