Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished, strategic marketing leader to join our team in India. This senior role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth across our portfolio of learning solutions and services. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and hands-on leadership experience to transform our marketing capabilities and significantly impact business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets
Lead the evolution of our brand positioning and messaging to strengthen market differentiation
Drive market intelligence initiatives to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape changes, and new opportunity areas
Establish meaningful KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI
Partner with sales leadership to enable revenue growth through integrated marketing approaches
Commercial Impact
Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans with clear commercial outcomes
Develop and manage marketing budgets with a focus on maximizing return on marketing investment
Build pipeline generation programs that deliver qualified opportunities to the sales organization
Create value proposition frameworks that effectively communicate our competitive advantages
Develop pricing and packaging strategies that optimize market penetration and profitability
Team Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team
Establish a culture of innovation, execution excellence, and continuous improvement
Implement talent development frameworks to enhance team capabilities and career growth
Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and delivery teams
Recruit and retain top marketing talent across specialized functional areas
Marketing Operations
Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Modernize our marketing technology stack to enhance automation, personalization, and analytics capabilities
Drive content strategy development to position Infopro Learning as a thought leader in the learning industry
Enhance lead generation and nurturing programs to improve conversion rates throughout the buyer journey
Optimize digital presence through website enhancements, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media activation
Job requirements
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
12+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services, technology, or learning/education sectors
Experience marketing complex solutions with long sales cycles to enterprise clients
Demonstrated success in building and scaling marketing functions in growth-oriented organizations
Essential Skills & Competencies
Strategic thinking ability with commercial acumen and P&L orientation
Deep understanding of modern marketing methodologies, technologies, and best practices
Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data-driven decision making
