What You'll Do

  • Generate qualified Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) for the sales team

  • Schedule meetings and discovery conversations with enterprise decision-makers

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and marketing-generated leads

  • Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders

  • Qualify opportunities by understanding business needs, timelines, budgets, and decision-making processes

  • Clearly communicate our value proposition and align solutions to customer challenges

  • Build relationships with prospective clients and nurture future opportunities

  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within Salesforce CRM

  • Consistently achieve outreach, lead generation, and meeting-setting goals

Job requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B inside sales, business development, lead generation, or appointment setting

  • Proven experience prospecting and cold calling into the US market

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Confidence engaging with senior-level decision-makers

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, prospecting tools, and online research platforms

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset
