Infopro Learning has an immediate full-time contract opportunity for an experienced Learning Consultant to support one of our clients!


Location: Hybrid, with 1-2 days per week on-site in Brentwood, TN and the rest of the week remote

Utilization: 40 hours per week

Start Date: ASAP

Duration:  2 months to start with possibility of extension

This role involves close collaboration with HR Business Partners and business leaders to enhance workforce capabilities, directly contributing to the organization's overall success. Job requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Evolve and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aimed at enhancing our client's Team Members' capabilities in Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Leadership Development, and Onboarding. This role is instrumental in boosting Team Member confidence by providing accessible, just-in-time learning and support.

  • Responsibilities include developing curricula that teach the essential skills for selling and service, utilizing a variety of learning modalities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and facilitating learning programs and managing them through multiple delivery methods.

  • Key duties also involve executing processes to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning programs, conducting ongoing gap analyses, and implementing strategies to improve delivery and ROI.

  • Additionally, you will utilize the company's learning management system to ensure seamless execution of development activities. 

  • Managing relationships with vendors, internal and external faculty, and consultants is crucial, including contracting and ensuring all programs align with the company's branding standards.


Experience:
7+ years’ experience in designing, developing, deploying, facilitating and evaluating learning and development programs. Retail experience preferred but not required.
