Job description

Contract - SharePoint Online Developer (SPFx | React | Power Platform | Azure DevOps) | Hybrid, India

Role Type: 6-month contract, with possibility of extension

Utilization: 40 hours per week

Location: Hybrid: Hyderabad, Noida, Kolkata, Gurgaon, or Pune

We're looking for a hands-on SharePoint Online Developer to join a fast-moving enterprise account. This isn't a configuration role: you'll be designing and shipping real production solutions using SPFx and React, building custom components from scratch, and helping the business run smoother through smart automation and integration.

What you'll do:

  • Design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

  • Develop custom web parts, SPFx extensions, application customizers, and adaptive card extensions from the ground up

  • Automate business processes and build low-code solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps

  • Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive) and external systems via REST APIs and Microsoft Graph

  • Provision and manage sites and configuration at scale using PnP PowerShell and the PnP framework

  • Support build, release, and deployment through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines

  • Troubleshoot production issues and keep raising the bar on code quality and reliability

Job requirements

What you bring:

  • 3 to 4 years of dedicated, hands-on SharePoint Online development experience (configuration-only background won't be a fit)

  • Deep, demonstrable expertise in SPFx and React, with strong TypeScript and JavaScript

  • A track record of shipping custom web parts, extensions, and forms to production, not just prototypes

  • Solid experience with Power Automate and Power Apps for real workflow and app delivery

  • Working knowledge of REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and SharePoint integration patterns

  • Comfort with PnP PowerShell, VS Code, npm/gulp tooling, and Git

  • Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Nice to have: Azure DevOps CI/CD experience, familiarity with Azure services, exposure to enterprise-scale SharePoint governance, background in eLearning or learning platforms, or a portfolio of shipped SPFx work.

If you've built and shipped real SPFx and React solutions, not just configured sites, we'd like to see your work. Apply and share an example of something you've built.
