Job description

We are seeking a full-time Cornerstone OnDemand LMS Administrator to join our team and provide expert support to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing user accounts, maintaining course content, and offering user support through the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) interface. This position focuses on ensuring our clients experience seamless LMS operations without requiring backend or database management.

Location: Remote, open to candidates based in India

Working hours: 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST


Key Responsibilities:

  • User Account Management: Create, update, and manage user accounts for clients through the Cornerstone OnDemand interface.
  • Content Management: Upload, update, and remove course content, training materials, and resources for clients using Cornerstone OnDemand’s LMS tools.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate and analyze data using CSOD’s pre-configured reporting features to deliver insights for clients.
  • Client Support: Provide responsive assistance to clients with LMS interface-related tasks, including resolving access issues, assisting with course enrollments, and troubleshooting interface issues.
  • Support During Business Hours: Offer support during standard business hours, addressing critical issues according to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) with clients.
  • Content Verification: Ensure content is correctly uploaded and accessible for client users.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Cornerstone OnDemand LMS, including user account management, content management, and reporting functionalities.
  • Background in LMS administration and familiarity with the Cornerstone OnDemand interface.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client support and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work full-time within established business hours and meet SLA requirements for clients.
