Corporate Training Data & Reporting Analyst (Contract - Open to Candidates Based in New Jersey)
Location: Hybrid – Brunswick, NJ (2-3 days onsite, remainder remote)
Duration: 12-24 months with the possibility of extension
Hours: 40 hours/week

This role will support one of our top clients in critical Finance Transformation initiatives, helping to drive learning adoption and capability development through impactful data analysis and reporting. In this hybrid role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop meaningful reports, track training metrics, and enhance the usability and accuracy of training completion data.
What You’ll Do:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Develop and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and automated reports to track training adoption metrics.
Analyze complex data and create easy-to-understand visual reports that highlight key insights.
Extract data from various systems, including SAP Cloud Analytics, FP&A, Excel, and Tableau.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
Collaborate with Training, Deployment, and Adoption teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Present data-driven reports to leadership, translating technical findings into meaningful narratives.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on training goals and metrics.
Project Management & Data Integrity:
Manage the end-to-end reporting process, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
Own and enhance the Training Completion Tracker to improve usability and reporting capabilities.
Job requirements
What You Bring:
Education: BS or BA in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or learning analytics.
Technical Proficiency:
Required: Advanced Excel and VBA skills, including experience with macros, data manipulation, and automation.
Preferred: Experience with Python, Java, or C# is a plus.
Familiarity with SAP Cloud Analytics, Tableau, and legacy reporting tools is beneficial.
Project Management & Communication Skills: Strong organizational skills, stakeholder engagement experience, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
