This long-term contract opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, communication, and change. You’ll work onsite in New Brunswick, NJ and collaborate with teams across change management, training, and communications to help stakeholders align on goals, make informed decisions, and act on insights.

What You’ll Do

  • Build clear, engaging narratives that drive understanding and adoption across the organization

  • Turn fragmented data from systems like Excel, Tableau, and SAP Cloud Analytics into insightful dashboards and reports

  • Design professional-grade presentations that inform and inspire senior leadership

  • Reduce reporting friction by developing streamlined templates and reporting mechanisms

  • Support real-time decision-making through analysis that aligns with change and training initiatives

Job requirements

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field

  • 3–6 years of experience in a hybrid communications and analytics role

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts)

  • Strong PowerPoint storytelling capabilities with a clean, professional design aesthetic

  • Familiarity with Tableau, SAP Cloud Analytics, or similar tools

  • Excellent communication skills — written, visual, and verbal

  • A strategic, analytical mindset that can translate data into intuitive visuals and insights

  • Experience collaborating across functions like training, FP&A, and deployment teams

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in change management or training initiatives

  • Graphic design or visualization skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator)

  • Comfort working in a global environment across time zones

  • Knowledge of organizational change frameworks or adult learning principles
