Creative Designer – E-learning (contract role)
Location: Noida
Mode: Work from Office
We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Creative Designer to transform creative ideas into polished, engaging, and accessible eLearning content. You’ll be a key contributor to high-visibility projects, leading by example and working across media formats—while leveraging AI, immersive design, and video production tools to elevate the learner experience. You’ll work closely with Instructional Designers, Art Directors, and global clients to bring complex learning objectives to life through impactful design.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Design & Media Development
Design high-quality visual assets for eLearning, including Web-Based Training (WBT), Computer-Based Training (CBT), Instructor-Led Training (ILT), simulations, interactive graphics, UI/UX layouts, illustrations, icons, and microlearning modules.
Develop Level 1 and Level 2 videos with synced audio, transitions, text overlays, and branding.
Create 360° images, interactive layouts, and immersive visuals for mobile, desktop, and AR/VR applications.
Build Storyline and Rise 360 themes and templates consistent with client brand and accessibility standards.
AI-Enhanced Design & Innovation
Use AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway ML, and Canva AI for image generation, visual enhancement, and rapid prototyping.
Work with emerging video AI platforms such as Synthesia, Colossyan, and Pika Labs to support avatar-based video creation and voice-over integration.
Explore new tools and technologies to enhance media production workflows and keep content at the cutting edge.
Collaboration & Communication
Translate written instructions and storyboard content into visually compelling narratives with minimal supervision.
Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers, Art Directors, Project Managers, and Developers to align creative vision with instructional intent.
Present visual concepts and creative rationale to internal and external stakeholders, adapting communication style for international audiences as needed.
Project Delivery & Workflow Management
Organize and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Apply accessibility and responsive design principles across all visual assets.
Ensure consistency of design systems and visual identity across all deliverables.
Job requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Arts, or related field.
4–8 years of experience in eLearning, digital media design, or corporate learning environments.
Tools & Platforms
Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition)
Figma, Canva Pro, Camtasia, Vyond, Raptivity
AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway ML, Canva AI)
Video and avatar tools (Synthesia, Colossyan, Pika Labs)
360° and immersive media tools (Adobe Aero, Marzipano, Pano2VR)
Technical Knowledge
Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration
Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Basic scripting (Flash/ActionScript) is a plus
Responsive, mobile-first, and inclusive design practices
