Creative Designer / Senior Creative Designer – eLearning (Onsite in Noida | Open to India-based candidates only)

Role Summary 

We’re seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer / Senior Creative Designer who thrives at the intersection of design, media, and technology. As an individual contributor, you’ll play a key role in shaping the learner experience through stunning visual storytelling, interactive media, and cutting-edge tools—including AI and immersive design platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn instructional concepts into visually engaging, performance-driven digital learning content. 

Key Responsibilities 

Visual Design & Media Production 

- Design creative assets for eLearning and digital learning: WBTs, CBTs, ILTs, simulations, infographics, icons, and microlearning modules. 
- Develop Level 1 and Level 2 instructional videos with audio syncing, transitions, text animations, and branded visuals. 
- Create immersive content including 360° images, AR/VR-ready layouts, and responsive learning visuals. 
- Build custom templates and themes in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 that adhere to brand and accessibility standards. 

AI-Enhanced Design & Innovation 

- Use AI platforms like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway ML, Canva AI, and others to accelerate creativity and prototype efficiently. 
- Support avatar-based video production with tools like Synthesia, Colossyan, and Pika Labs. 
- Experiment with emerging technologies to evolve design practices and improve production workflows. 

Collaboration & Execution 

- Translate storyboards, scripts, and concepts into compelling visual narratives with minimal supervision. 
- Partner closely with Art Directors, Instructional Designers, and Developers to ensure alignment with learning goals. 
- Adapt creative approaches based on team feedback and cultural/global brand nuances. 

Design Standards & Quality 

- Manage multiple tasks and timelines while maintaining visual consistency and attention to detail. 
- Apply WCAG accessibility guidelines and responsive design principles across all assets. 
- Ensure deliverables meet both creative standards and technical requirements (e.g., SCORM, LMS compatibility). 

Job requirements

Required Skills & Experience 

Education & Experience 

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Arts, or a related field. 
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in digital media, eLearning, or multimedia production. 

Tools & Technologies 

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition) 
- Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate 
- Figma, Canva Pro, Camtasia, Vyond, Raptivity 
- AI Tools: Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway ML, Canva AI 
- Avatar Tools: Synthesia, Colossyan, Pika Labs 
- 360° Media: Adobe Aero, Marzipano, Pano2VR 

Technical Proficiency 

- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration 
- Understanding of mobile-first, responsive, and accessible design (WCAG 2.1) 
- Basic knowledge of scripting or motion design is a plus
