Location: Pune or Noida, India — Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST

The Role

We're looking for Creative Designers who thrive at the intersection of design, media, and technology. In this individual contributor role, you'll shape the learner experience through visual storytelling, interactive media, and AI-enhanced design tools, working closely with Art Directors, Instructional Designers, and Developers to turn instructional concepts into engaging, performance-driven digital learning content.

What You'll Do

• Design creative assets for eLearning and digital learning: WBTs, CBTs, ILTs, simulations, infographics, icons, and microlearning modules

• Develop instructional videos with audio syncing, transitions, text animations, and branded visuals

• Create immersive content, including 360° images and AR/VR-ready layouts

• Build templates and themes in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 that follow brand and accessibility standards

• Use AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway ML, and Canva AI to speed up creative production

• Support avatar-based video production with tools like Synthesia, Colossyan, and Pika Labs

• Translate storyboards, scripts, and concepts into visual narratives with minimal supervision

• Apply WCAG accessibility guidelines and responsive design principles across deliverables

Job requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Arts, or a related field

• 4–8 years of experience in digital media, eLearning, or multimedia production

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition)

• Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Figma, Canva Pro, or Camtasia

• Familiarity with AI creative tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway ML, Canva AI) and avatar tools (Synthesia, Colossyan)

• Working knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration

• Strong visual storytelling instincts and attention to detail
