We’re identifying experienced Front-End Accessibility Developers to support remediation of existing HTML-based web content and components to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. This is a hands-on role focused on fixing accessibility issues at the code and DOM level, not audit or strategy work.

What you’ll do

  • Debug and fix interaction and behavior issues at the DOM level using JavaScript and jQuery

  • Perform accessibility validation using tools such as Axe, WAVE, NVDA, and JAWS, along with manual testing

  • Work within defined workflows to deliver consistent, compliant outputs at scale

  • Collaborate with QA and stakeholders to ensure quality and completeness

  • Guide junior developers on accessibility best practices and review their work as needed

  • Document remediation approaches and maintain clear records of changes

Job requirements

What you bring

  • Strong JavaScript and jQuery skills, including DOM manipulation and event handling

  • Practical, working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA standards and implementation

  • Experience using accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across browsers and responsive environments

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned deliverables

Nice to have

  • Experience working in template-driven or component-based environments

  • Exposure to QA processes and structured remediation workflows
