About the Role

Are you passionate about improving leadership and professional development programs? We are seeking experienced learning and development professionals to serve as Program Auditors, helping one of Infopro’s clients strengthen leadership capabilities across their enterprise.

In this role, you’ll conduct audits of leadership and professional development courses, evaluate instructor effectiveness, and provide actionable feedback to ensure high-quality learning experiences. Your insights will directly influence the growth of leaders at all levels, from new managers to seasoned executives.

What You’ll Do

  • Audit leadership development programs and individual instructors across onsite and virtual sessions

  • Evaluate course content, delivery methods, and overall alignment with leadership strategy

  • Use standardized performance rubrics to measure quality and impact

  • Deliver detailed reports and recommendations for program improvements

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand learning objectives and tailor your audit approach

  • Review and analyze participant feedback to supplement audit findings

  • Manage multiple audits concurrently across different sites and formats

  • Contribute to refining and enhancing the overall audit framework

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in corporate learning and development (instructional design, facilitation, or auditing)

  • Strong understanding of leadership development frameworks and coaching methodologies

  • Skilled in evaluating both synchronous (ILT/VILT) and asynchronous learning programs

  • Experience using data-driven evaluation tools (e.g., Metrics That Matter or similar)

  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills

  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments with overlapping course schedules

  • Willingness and flexibility to travel between Everett, other Washington sites, and Helena, Montana

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team
