The Functional Leader- Learning Experience Design is responsible for delivering Learning Experience Design. This position will contribute to organization’s L&D Advisory and Consulting practice. Along with this they will also provide oversight to the organization’s Strategy and Design team and play a key role in the Innovation, Research, and Exploration thought leadership initiatives. This position enables Infopro Learning’s customers to ensure that their investments in training lead to performance gain and business results. This position works from strategy to design, consulting with other development lifecycle leaders and with customers to ensure training investments drive performance gain and maximize training ROI. Will partner with customers to design and execute learning strategies that:


• Match modern learners’ needs 

• Deliver measurable business results 

• Guarantee a high ROI

Provide thought leadership, professional development for internal team, and design practice oversight to enable and drive learning, improve knowledge retention, and enhance the application of learning on the job.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

• Lead and Drive Transformation agenda 

• Allocating and monitoring of design resources to ensure that quality work will be completed on time and to budget 

• Participating with senior stakeholders on shaping the overall wider vision and strategy for experiences, products and services, particularly in areas of specific expertise 

• Manage and mentor global design team of instructional designers and learning experience architects 

• Principally own design methodologies and approaches that promote our brand in the industry and in our products 

• Mentor designers regularly and grow/manage talent 

• Build and maintain a design team structure and process, culturally and collaboratively

• Bring about process improvement opportunities, bring about efficiencies, and promote best practices int he design domain 

• Delivering the best visual representation of products and services 

• Work closely with the Sales, Presales and Delivery Teams to deliver solutions to improve results for client 

• Contribute with Response for Proposals (RFPs), RFIs and RFQs, as required 

• Thought Leadership on innovation and design

• Design complex solutions for training 

• Host Focus Group Discussions, anchor surveys to define problem statements for RCA/Need Analysis, as required 

• Advisor to core L&D functions at Infopro Learning, as well as client 

• Able to consult, connect and collaborate with leaders at all levels, including executives

Experience Required

• 15+ Years of Experience in L&D

• Must have experience to drive L&D agenda for Large Corporations

• MBA/Master of Organizational Performance, or Equivalent Degree in Instructional Design or Learning Domain

or
