About the Role
We are seeking a Government Bidding & Capture Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in identifying, qualifying, and managing public sector opportunities across the US and Canada. You will support government bidding and capture management, ensure compliance with procurement requirements, collaborate with sales and delivery teams, and drive the preparation of high-quality proposals.

Required
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
2–5 years’ experience in government bidding, capture management, or proposal solutioning.
Experience with US federal contracting (FAR, GSA schedules, IDIQs, GWACs).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Preferred
Canadian procurement experience.
APMP or PMP certification.
Background in learning, training, or workforce development solutions.
Knowledge of competitive analysis, procurement intelligence, and price-to-win strategies.
