Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • New Joiner Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process, ensuring accurate completion of all documentation and a smooth integration for new hires.
  • Employee Credentials & Grievance Management: Oversee employee credential management and promptly address and resolve employee grievances.
  • Mediclaim Administration: Administer mediclaim processes, providing consistent support and guidance to employees on policy details and claims.
  • HR Tech & Operational Efficiency: Leverage HR tech tools to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and maintain data integrity.


Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: MBA in HR from a recognized B-class institute.
  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience in generalist HR functions, with hands-on exposure to HR processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for data management and presentations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent command of English, along with strong interpersonal, social, and presentation skills.
