HR Intern
Location: Noida (Sector 142)
Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week)
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People & Culture team. This internship offers practical experience across the employee lifecycle while working closely with experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Coordinate with candidates and employees for document collection and HR-related queries.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and recruitment dashboards.
Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and maintenance of employee information.
Provide administrative support for HR projects and other People & Culture initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn HR processes.
Available to work from the Noida (Sector 142) office.
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
Familiarity with the employee lifecycle and HR processes.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.
Interest in building a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
