About the Role

We’re looking for an Instructional Designer (Early Career) who is ready to build strong, hands-on expertise in eLearning development. In this role, you’ll work within established frameworks and collaborate closely with Senior Instructional Designers and Learning Experience Architects to create engaging, well-structured learning experiences.

This is a structured, growth-focused role designed to help you develop core skills in authoring tools, content development, and instructional design. You’ll contribute to real client work while building the foundation needed to grow into more independent design roles.

What You’ll Do

Build eLearning Modules

  • Develop eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline or Rise with guidance from senior team members

  • Apply interactivity, multimedia elements, and assessments aligned to defined learning objectives

  • Ensure SCORM compliance and cross-platform functionality

  • Follow templates, design systems, and style guides to maintain consistency

  • Conduct self-reviews and basic quality checks before submission

Create Learning Content & Storyboards

  • Translate source materials and SME inputs into structured, easy-to-follow learning content

  • Support the development of storyboards, scripts, and scenario-based learning

  • Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately to improve quality

Use Technology & Maintain Quality

  • Use Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to support content drafting and iteration

  • Follow established QA processes and checklists to ensure accuracy and functionality

  • Adhere to defined workflows and timelines

  • Proactively flag risks, gaps, or issues to senior team members

Learn & Grow

  • Participate in team knowledge-sharing and apply new techniques

  • Actively seek and apply feedback to improve your work

  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and content development workflows

Job requirements

What You’ll Bring

Must-Have

  • 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or content creation (strong portfolios from recent graduates will be considered)

  • Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline or Rise

  • Working knowledge of instructional design principles (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, adult learning)

  • Ability to create structured content and basic storyboards with guidance

  • Clear written communication and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate progress effectively

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to AI video or animation tools (Synthesia, Vyond, Runway, etc.)

  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM standards

  • Basic experience with visual design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)

  • Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG)

  • Instructional design or eLearning certifications
