About the Role

If you are passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and bringing complex ideas to life through clear, engaging content, this role is for you.

As an Instructional Designer at Infopro Learning, you will design and develop learning solutions across multiple modalities including digital, virtual, in-person, and blended formats for a global enterprise client.

You will collaborate closely with SMEs and cross-functional teams, apply strong instructional design principles, and translate raw content into structured, intuitive learner experiences. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to high-impact learning programs while working as part of Infopro Learning’s dedicated client delivery team.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities and scope will scale based on experience. Designers with greater experience may take on increased ownership of instructional architecture, complex solution design, and collaboration with stakeholders and SMEs.

  • Develop storyboards, learning objectives, assessments, and instructional activities using PowerPoint, Word, and modern authoring tools.

  • Create detailed instructional blueprints, including structure, flow, and visual specifications, to guide content development.

  • Build high-quality instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended learning materials including instructor guides, participant guides, job aids, activities, and self-study content.

  • Visualize learning flows and translate complex content into clear, intuitive learner experiences.

  • Use authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adapt to produce SCORM-compliant digital learning assets.

  • Incorporate graphics, audio, video, and interactive elements into learning solutions.

  • Collaborate with SMEs, project teams, and stakeholders to gather inputs, refine content, and ensure alignment with learning objectives.

  • Follow development guidelines, checklists, and style guides to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Manage assigned deliverables and ensure timely completion aligned with project timelines.

  • Adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, templates, and client workflows, including GenAI-supported development environments.

Job requirements

What You Bring

4 to 9 years of instructional design experience in corporate learning environments.

Candidates typically fall into one of the following experience bands:

Instructional Designer (4–6 years)
Strong hands-on experience designing and developing learning content across multiple modalities.

Instructional Designer – Advanced (7+ years)
Experience designing more complex learning solutions, structuring instructional flows, and collaborating closely with SMEs and stakeholders.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Strong proficiency developing storyboards and instructional materials in PowerPoint and Word.

  • Hands-on experience with authoring tools including Articulate Storyline and Rise.

  • Experience with Adapt, Camtasia, or Adobe tools is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Gagné.

  • Excellent writing, structuring, editing, and communication skills.

  • Experience developing instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended learning solutions.

  • Familiarity with SCORM standards and LMS environments.

  • Comfort working in technology-enabled and GenAI-supported content development workflows.

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with SMEs and cross-functional teams.

Work Sample Requirement
