Job description


We are seeking experienced Instructional Designers with a strong background in SAP content development to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a solid grasp of instructional design principles and a keen understanding of SAP applications, including SAP Enable Now. This role involves designing and developing training content for various delivery formats such as WBTs, videos, and ILTs. A high level of attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with client SMEs to meet training requirements are essential.


Location: Hybrid (open to India-based candidates)

Utilization: 40 hours a week/8 hours a day(Approx)

Duration: 3 months to start

Time Zone: Indian Business Hours (9 AM-6 PM)

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop SAP-related training content based on instructional design principles and client specifications.
  • Create storyboards for Web-Based Training (WBT), Instructor-Led Training (ILT), and video content, ensuring an engaging learner experience.
  • Interact with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather information, clarify requirements, and validate content accuracy.
  • Work with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and SAP Enable Now to develop interactive and accessible training modules.
  • Visualize and storyboard training materials in alignment with instructional goals.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations as part of training assets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven background in instructional design with specialized experience in SAP applications content development.
  • Tools Proficiency: SAP Enable Now, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP content development and familiarity with SAP applications.
  • Proficient in creating storyboards, structuring training materials, and visualizing content.
  • Excellent client interaction skills, with the ability to independently communicate with client SMEs.
