We’re hiring a passionate and experienced Technical Instructional Designer to join our team in Hyderabad! In this full-time, onsite position, you’ll play a key role in designing high-impact technical learning experiences for one of our valued clients. What You’ll Do

• Design technical learning solutions - including web-based training, instructor-led training, labs, videos, and certifications—for a global enterprise audience.

• Translate complex technical material into clear, compelling instructional content using established design principles.

• Conduct learning needs assessments and define learning objectives that align with business goals.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and support teams to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of training materials.

• Apply instructional design models (like ADDIE or SAM), adult learning theory, and best practices to deliver engaging and impactful learning solutions.

• Create multimedia content using tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Captivate.

• Edit and produce high-quality video content, including trimming, transitions, visual effects, and captions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders for reviews and revisions, ensuring high standards of quality and alignment with project goals.

• Coordinate with the LMS team to structure and upload learning content.

• Stay current with trends in instructional design and eLearning to continuously enhance training quality and innovation.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer, ideally in a software or tech-focused environment.

• Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.

• Hands-on experience with eLearning tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.

• Ability to grasp technical subject matter quickly and translate it into engaging, digestible content.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.

• Effective organizational and project management skills—able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
