Junior QA Analyst, Accessibility Testing (eLearning Content) | Contract | 0–1 Year Experience

Position type: Contract

Location: Onsite - Noida, India (open to India-based candidates only)

We’re identifying detail-oriented QA professionals to support accessibility testing of digital learning content across Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, PDFs, Excel files, and HTML-based materials. This role focuses on reviewing content against defined accessibility standards and ensuring usability for all learners.

What you’ll do

• Perform accessibility testing using defined checklists across Word, PowerPoint, PDF, Excel, and HTML content
• Review document structure, semantic markup, and navigation to support assistive technologies
• Validate accessibility elements such as alt text, headings, tables, links, and reading order
• Check metadata, language settings, and overall document properties for compliance
• Document findings clearly and track issues identified during testing
• Collaborate with senior team members to apply accessibility best practices
• Maintain testing documentation and follow structured QA processes

Job requirements

What you bring

• 0 to 1 year of experience in QA, content review, or related work (internships or projects included)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines
• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Basic understanding of HTML or digital content structure is a plus
• Interest in accessibility, usability, or inclusive design
• Ability to document findings clearly and communicate issues effectively

Nice to have

• Exposure to accessibility concepts or WCAG guidelines
• Experience reviewing documents or digital content for quality or accuracy
• Interest in assistive technologies such as screen readers
