Job description
We are seeking a skilled Learning Developer with experience in Articulate Rise to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of instructional design principles, a creative mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality learning experiences.
Position is on contract for 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
- eLearning Development: Design and develop engaging, interactive, and effective eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
- Course Creation: Convert existing content, such as PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, or instructor-led materials, into digital learning formats.
- Visual Design: Use multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video) to create aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly courses.
- Interactivity: Develop interactive elements such as quizzes, assessments, scenarios, and branching logic to enhance learner engagement.
- Collaborate with SMEs: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of courses to ensure compatibility, accessibility, and a seamless user experience on multiple platforms and devices.
- Course Maintenance: Update and maintain courses based on feedback or changes in content.
- SCORM Compliance: Ensure all courses are SCORM-compliant for seamless integration with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Job requirements
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise: At least 3 yrs of experience developing eLearning courses using both tools.
- Understanding of Instructional Design: Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Multimedia Skills: Basic graphic design and video editing skills to enhance course content (experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for design consistency, functionality, and user experience.
