Position Summary
Are you passionate about shaping impactful learning experiences that drive real business outcomes? As a Senior Learning Experience Architect (LXA), you’ll play a strategic and hands-on role in designing, developing, and delivering learning programs that empower our clients and teams alike. You'll lead a high-performing instructional design team, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

This is a full-time employee position based in our Noida office — we’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, on-site environment.

What You’ll Do

🔍 Drive Learning Needs Analysis

• Build competency frameworks through job-task analysis

• Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify skill and knowledge gaps

• Determine learning priorities across organizational levels and departments

🧠 Design Learning Strategies & Programs Focused on Measurable Outcomes

• Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to develop targeted, effective learning strategies

• Design engaging, results-driven curricula using appropriate modalities (instructor-led, eLearning, blended, etc.)

• Oversee end-to-end development of learning solutions aligned to business goals

• Evaluate impact through user data, performance metrics, surveys, and stakeholder feedback

• Generate insights and recommendations to continuously enhance learning effectiveness

👥 Lead and Inspire Instructional Design Teams

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and structured feedback

• Foster a culture of high performance, growth, and innovation

• Promote a learning-first mindset across internal teams and client organizations

💡 Be a Thought Leader in Learning & Development

• Stay on the pulse of emerging learning technologies and Gen AI trends

• Represent the organization at industry events, forums, and roadshows

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed cutting-edge tools into learning solutions

What You Bring

📚 Core Expertise

• Mastery of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and diverse delivery formats (eLearning, simulations, microlearning, etc.)

• Strong familiarity with Gen AI tools and their application in modern learning

🤝 Leadership Experience

• 5+ years leading mid-sized instructional design teams

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines without compromising quality

🏢 Business & Strategic Acumen

• Experience aligning learning strategies to business goals

• Background in conducting learning consulting (gap analysis, curriculum design, persona/journey mapping)

🗣️ Communication & Collaboration

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Adept at stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration

📊 Analytical Mindset

• Strong skills in learning analytics, reporting tools, and impact measurement

• Solutions-oriented, with a bias toward data-informed decision-making

• Experience integrating learning into broader organizational change initiatives

• Committed to continuous improvement and personal/professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education, or related field

• Certifications in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Psychology, or Gen AI (highly preferred)

• 15+ years of experience in L&D, instructional design, or related fields

• Fluency in English (required)
