Position Summary
As an LXA in our dynamic organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing client projects, particularly within Leadership and Organizational Development (LOD). Leveraging your deep expertise in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and cutting-edge AI technologies, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning programs that align with our clients’ business goals. You will also lead and mentor our Instructional Design team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, and driving strategic initiatives to expand our LOD offerings.
Job requirements
Your key responsibilities will include:
Performing Learning Needs Analysis
Create competency frameworks using job-task analysis.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within and across different organizational levels.
Determine the need for learning interventions across various departments, focusing on leadership and organizational development.
Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of needs assessments and competency mapping.
Creating Learning Strategies and Learning Program Design with a Focus on Measuring ‘Effectiveness’
Collaborate with Sales/Pre-sales teams to develop holistic learning strategies and proposals tailored to LOD needs.
Design impactful and engaging curricula, selecting appropriate learning methodologies (e.g., classroom training, self-paced, blended learning), and create compelling learning material.
Oversee the development of learning solutions, integrating AI and digital tools to enhance effectiveness.
Assess the effectiveness of learning interventions through AI-powered analytics, post-training evaluations, surveys, performance metrics, and feedback.
Collect and analyze user data on learning programs to continuously improve and refine LOD strategies.
Create reports and share AI-driven recommendations for senior management based on the impact of learning interventions.
Leading Instructional Design Teams
Provide leadership and coaching to Instructional Design teams, with a focus on leveraging AI to streamline processes and enhance creativity.
Deliver frequent, structured, and documented feedback to direct and dotted line reports to enhance individual and team performance.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, promoting the integration of AI tools for innovation.
Promote the value of learning, encouraging employee and client participation, and facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Providing Thought Leadership in the Domain
Stay updated on emerging learning technologies, particularly in AI and its application in LOD.
Actively contribute to industry events, roadshows, and forums to demonstrate thought leadership and expand the LOD business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven tools into training and development programs, driving efficiencies and innovation.
