About the Role

As a Learning Experience Architect (LXA), you’ll lead the design of innovative, high-impact learning solutions for global clients. You’ll blend strategic thinking, instructional design expertise, and people leadership to shape learning ecosystems that drive measurable business results.

This is both a strategic and hands-on position — perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of learning strategy, design leadership, and organizational impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Design learning strategies grounded in adult learning principles and data-driven insights.

  • Conduct learning needs analyses and develop competency frameworks that align with client goals.

  • Architect end-to-end learning programs — from concept and curriculum design to development oversight and evaluation.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Instructional Designers, fostering creativity, performance, and continuous growth.

  • Partner with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into engaging learning experiences.

  • Champion innovation in learning technology, including GenAI and emerging digital tools.

  • Evaluate learning effectiveness using analytics and performance metrics; translate insights into actionable improvements.

  • Represent the organization through thought leadership at industry events, client meetings, and internal initiatives.

Job requirements

What You Bring

  • 15+ years in Learning & Development, including significant experience in instructional design and solution architecture.

  • Proven success leading cross-functional design teams and managing multiple complex projects.

  • Deep understanding of learning theories, adult learning, and change management principles.

  • Strong business acumen — able to consult with clients, identify needs, and propose effective solutions.

  • Expertise with eLearning and media authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Suite, Vyond, Synthesia) and learning platforms/LMS.

  • Working knowledge of GenAI applications in learning design is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.

  • Advanced certifications in adult learning, instructional design, organizational psychology, or AI-enhanced learning preferred.
