Learning Experience Designer (LXD) | Leadership Development & Professional Skills | Onsite, Noida or Pune | Open to India-based candidates only

Employment type: Full-time employee role

Work model: This is a fully onsite position based in either our Noida or Pune office

We're seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer with 8+ years of instructional design experience and a proven track record designing leadership development, communication, coaching, emotional intelligence, people management, and other behavior-focused learning programs.

This is not a generalist instructional design role. We're looking for someone who has significant experience designing leadership and professional skills learning solutions across ILT, vILT, and blended learning environments.

What You'll Do

  • Design leadership, professional skills, and organizational effectiveness learning programs

  • Create facilitator guides, participant materials, storyboards, and learning assets

  • Design engaging ILT and vILT experiences, including activities, simulations, role-plays, and breakout exercises

  • Develop blended learning solutions that combine live learning with digital learning assets

  • Build eLearning modules and supporting resources using tools such as Storyline, Rise, and Vyond

  • Partner with SMEs, stakeholders, and Learning Experience Architects to create impactful learning experiences

  • Incorporate feedback, maintain quality standards, and manage multiple deliverables

Job requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of instructional design or learning experience design experience

  • 5+ years designing leadership development, professional skills, organizational development, or behavioral learning programs

  • Strong experience designing ILT, vILT, and blended learning solutions

  • Experience creating facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and detailed storyboards

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Technical Skills

  • Articulate Storyline and Rise

  • Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, or Adobe Connect

  • Miro, Mentimeter, Kahoot, or similar engagement tools

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled content development tools
