📌 Must work Central European Time–aligned hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM CET)

📌 Open to India-based candidates only

📌 Dedicated support for a global enterprise learning environment

About the Role

We’re seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Learning Operations Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of learning initiatives across multiple functional academies within a global corporate learning ecosystem.

In this role, you’ll serve as a key connector—consulting with stakeholders, curating relevant learning content, coordinating live sessions, managing cross-functional workflows, and driving communication plans that support ongoing engagement.

If you enjoy a mix of stakeholder partnership, structured learning operations, and thoughtful coordination, this role offers real impact and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

1) Learning Request Intake & Consultation

  • Act as the primary point of contact for incoming learning requests from multiple Functional Academies.

  • Conduct discovery conversations to clarify learning objectives, target audiences, delivery preferences, and success metrics.

  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable learning requirements.

  • Recommend the right solution path (existing content, custom development, or external/third-party programs).

2) AMU360 Content Curation & Administration

  • Search, assess, and curate existing LMS content to meet learner and stakeholder needs.

  • Partner with LMS Administrators to assign courses, coordinate enrollments, and manage audience lists.

  • Maintain organized content libraries tailored to the focus areas of each Functional Academy.

  • Support live learning initiatives through scheduling, learner communications, attendance coordination, and post-session follow-up.

3) Communications Planning & Execution

  • Develop annual and monthly communication plans for each Functional Academy.

  • Create engagement-focused messaging for program launches, campaigns, and ongoing learning journeys.

  • Coordinate timelines, stakeholder approvals, and rollout sequences.

  • Work with design support teams to produce polished, consistent communication assets.

4) Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Route custom content development requests to internal D&D teams with complete requirement documentation.

  • Coordinate with the Leadership & Organizational Development (LOD) team for leadership and OE-related interventions.

  • Manage handoffs and ensure follow-up with specialized L&D teams.

  • Support administration and coordination of external or third-party learning programs.

Job requirements

What You Bring

  • 4–7 years of experience in L&D program coordination, learning operations, enablement, learning program management, or similar roles.

  • Strong comfort consulting with stakeholders and translating their needs into structured learning plans.

  • Experience with LMS platforms (content discovery, assignment coordination, session logistics) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • A collaborative, service-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.

If you thrive at the intersection of coordination, communication, and meaningful learning support, we’d love to hear from you. This is a chance to contribute to a global learning ecosystem and help shape high-impact development experiences.
