Job description

Learning Solutions Architect | Onsite - Noida, India | Open to India-based candidates only

Position Type: Full-time employee

Location: Onsite - Noida, India

About the Role

This role owns solution design for our client’s complex, multi-modal learning projects from initial architecture through vendor coordination and final deployment. It also carries day-to-day leadership of one of the account's two India-based design pods, so this person is both the technical design authority on their projects and the people manager for the team that builds them.

What You'll Do

  • Own solution design for complex, multi-faceted learning projects, building comprehensive architectures that integrate multiple components, modalities, and delivery channels

  • Select and recommend the right blend of ILT, VILT, e-learning, simulations, social learning, and on-the-job components, with rationale grounded in learning science and business need

  • Coordinate vendor relationships across content development, technology platforms, and delivery services — from selection and briefing through performance management

  • Oversee end-to-end project management from design through deployment, coordinating cross-functional teams and resolving risks and issues as they come up

  • Maintain design intent through development and production, reviewing storyboards, prototypes, and final products against the original design spec

Lead a small design pod consisting of Instructional Designer, Learning Developers, and Multimedia Designers — allocating work, quality-checking output, coaching, and owning performance management

Job requirements

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in learning solutions architecture, instructional design, or learning program management

  • A track record designing and delivering complex, multi-modal learning solutions

  • Strong end-to-end project management experience on complex initiatives

  • Experience managing vendor relationships and external development partners

  • Experience people-managing a small, multi-disciplinary design/development team, including performance management and coaching

  • Deep knowledge of learning modalities, technologies, and delivery approaches

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Instructional Design or a related field preferred

  • Availability to work full-time, fully onsite in Noida, India

If you enjoy owning a solution end to end — from the first design conversation through vendor delivery and final rollout — and you want to lead a team that builds it right, we'd like to hear from you.
