Learning Technology Engagement Lead | Onsite - Noida, India

Full-time | Noida (Onsite)

Infopro Learning is seeking a Learning Technology Engagement Lead who can bring together client engagement, technical solutioning, operational leadership, and modern learning technology practices to drive scalable learning delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working across evolving client requirements, and improving how learning solutions are designed, integrated, and delivered through smarter processes, automation, and technology.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of learning technology and multimedia learning initiatives across multiple programs

• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and shape scalable solutions

• Translate evolving or ambiguous business needs into practical delivery models and operational plans

• Drive process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled efficiencies across content production, QA, and integration workflows

• Support LMS integration, structured content workflows, multimedia delivery, and quality standards

• Support estimation, planning, and proposal activities for new and existing engagements

• Identify delivery risks early and make decisions that balance quality, speed, scalability, and operational sustainability

• Mentor teams and promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in learning technology, multimedia learning, digital content, or learning operations environments

• Experience managing complex, client-driven programs in fast-changing environments

• Strong understanding of LMS platforms, multimedia workflows, HTML-based learning content, accessibility standards, and structured content processes

• Experience improving workflows through automation, tools, or AI-enabled approaches

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

• Comfort operating with ownership, ambiguity, and accountability
