LMS Administration Lead – Full-Time, Remote (Open to India-based candidates only)

Location: Remote, but you must be based in India.

Must be willing to work 9 AM – 5 PM CET, including weekends (with two weekdays off).

MUST-HAVE: Proven leadership experience managing an LMS team or project.

We’re seeking an experienced LMS Administration Lead to head our LMS operations and manage a team of LMS administrators, ensuring seamless delivery of global learning programs. You’ll combine leadership, technical know-how, and stakeholder collaboration to optimize our learning platforms and drive excellence in virtual training delivery.

What You’ll Do

👥 Team Leadership

  • Supervise and guide a team of 2–3 LMS administrators.

  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage performance.

  • Provide training, feedback, and support to build team capability.

📅 Project Management

  • Plan and track LMS-related projects, activities, and milestones.

  • Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of learning programs.

⚙ System Administration

  • Oversee user account management, course enrollments, and content updates.

  • Configure LMS features and maintain optimal system functionality.

🤝 Stakeholder Coordination

  • Partner with L&D teams, clients, vendors, and IT for smooth operations.

  • Align LMS workflows with evolving business needs.

🛠 Issue Resolution

  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for technical problems and escalations.

  • Ensure fast, effective resolution for users.

📊 Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor LMS usage and generate data reports.

  • Share insights for continuous improvement and decision-making.

🚀 Process Improvement

  • Identify gaps in workflows and implement best practices.

  • Champion user experience enhancements.
