📌 Full-Time Employee (Onsite, Noida Office)

📌 Must work Central European Time–aligned hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM CET)

📌 Open to India-based candidates only

📌 Platform: Zensai Learn365 (formerly LMS365)

About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented LMS Administrator to support the ongoing operation of the Zensai Learn365 (formerly LMS365) platform for a global learning environment. In this role, you’ll help ensure smooth course deployment, accurate reporting, reliable user management, and a seamless experience for learners across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

Course Management & Configuration

  • Upload, configure, and deploy SCORM/xAPI courses within Zensai Learn365.

  • Test all content for proper functionality and accurate tracking.

  • Maintain course catalogs, curricula, learning plans, and related structures.

  • Configure and manage auto-assignment rules for compliance and development pathways.

  • Ensure materials align with established brand and communication guidelines.

User & Access Management

  • Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and group structures.

  • Perform bulk enrollments, updates, and data adjustments.

  • Maintain platform data quality and ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Produce and distribute compliance dashboards and manager-focused reporting.

  • Provide learning analytics and insights that support business reviews.

  • Deliver accurate reporting to meet audit and compliance needs.

Technical Support & LMS Operations

  • Troubleshoot learner and platform issues with clarity and responsiveness.

  • Escalate complex cases to Zensai support or internal IT teams.

  • Conduct regular system health checks and monitor LMS performance.

  • Help maintain a stable, intuitive, and user-friendly learning experience.

Job requirements

What You Bring

  • Experience administering Zensai Learn365 (or LMS365 or another enterprise LMS)

  • Strong understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards

  • High attention to detail and comfort with operational workflows

  • Clear and confident communication skills for supporting diverse user groups

  • A problem-solving mindset and ability to manage end-to-end LMS tasks
