LMS Administrator – Full-Time, Remote (Open to India-based candidates only)

Location: Remote, but you must be based in India.

Must be willing to work 9 AM – 5 PM CET, including weekends (with two weekdays off).

MUST-HAVE: Strong familiarity with Child LMS, 360Learning, Percipio, or similar LMS functionality.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our learning management systems for a global audience. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring that our LMS platforms run smoothly, content is accurate, and learners have an exceptional digital training experience.

You’ll be a great fit if you’re tech-savvy, thrive on solving problems, and can juggle configuration, reporting, and stakeholder support without missing a beat.

What You’ll Do

⚙ System Configuration & Maintenance

  • Configure and maintain the LMS according to organizational or client requirements.

  • Update settings, user permissions, course structures, and reporting tools.

👥 User Management

  • Create, update, and manage user accounts, roles, and access levels.

  • Enroll users manually or via automated processes.

  • Resolve password, login, and account issues.

📚 Course & Content Management

  • Upload, organize, and manage training materials, e-learning modules, and assessments.

  • Assign training, set completion criteria, deadlines, and automated notifications.

📊 Reporting & Analytics

  • Track enrollment, completions, certificates, and SLA performance.

  • Generate and customize reports and dashboards for learner progress and compliance.

  • Share data-driven insights with stakeholders.

🤝 Support & Training

  • Provide LMS help to learners, facilitators, and internal teams.

  • Create user guides, FAQs, and training materials to increase LMS adoption.

  • Act as first-line technical support for the LMS.

Job requirements

What You Bring

  • Strong familiarity with Child LMS, 360Learning, Percipio, or similar LMS functionality.

  • Excellent stakeholder coordination and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-reporting experience.

  • Ability to work 9 AM – 5 PM CET, including weekends (with two weekdays off).
