This role is ideal for a hands-on change management practitioner who enjoys turning plans into action. The successful candidate will support the development and execution of change management activities, communications, stakeholder engagement efforts, and project plans that help drive successful adoption of business and technology changes.

This is not a change strategy or organizational design role. We are seeking someone who can effectively execute change management plans, develop high-quality communications and presentations, coordinate stakeholders, manage deliverables, and help keep a complex transformation moving forward.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute change management plans that support business transformation initiatives

  • Create and maintain stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption plans

  • Develop communications and change-related deliverables, including presentations, stakeholder updates, leadership communications, end-user resources, FAQs, toolkits, and supporting materials

  • Prepare executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and communications for leadership and project stakeholders

  • Coordinate communication review, approval, and feedback processes across multiple stakeholder groups

  • Support stakeholder engagement, readiness, adoption, and feedback activities throughout the project lifecycle

  • Maintain change management project plans, schedules, trackers, and related documentation

  • Coordinate and support webinars, workshops, stakeholder meetings, and other change-related activities

  • Partner closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure change activities remain aligned with project objectives and timelines

  • Monitor progress, identify risks or gaps, and adjust plans as project needs evolve

  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other productivity tools to accelerate content development and administrative tasks

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of experience in organizational change management, change communications, change enablement, or related transformation roles

  • Experience developing and executing change management plans within a corporate environment

  • Experience creating communications, presentations, stakeholder engagement materials, and other change-related deliverables

  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, executive-facing presentations

  • Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, readiness, adoption, and communications activities

  • Experience developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, trackers, and related documentation

  • Excellent written communication, editing, and content development skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI-enabled productivity tools preferred

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate is a practical, execution-oriented change management professional who understands how change works within a corporate environment and can quickly contribute within an established framework.

They are comfortable developing communications, building presentations, managing plans, coordinating stakeholders, and producing high-quality deliverables with minimal oversight. They thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrate sound judgment, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining momentum.
