Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in the learning and development sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, innovative thinking, and a proven track record of successfully driving marketing initiatives in the B2B e-learning space.

Prerequisites:

  • Any bachelor's degree
  • 7+ or more years of experience in on-line Learning industry, providing exemplary service.
  • 7+ or more years of experience in marketing within the learning industry ( Leadership Vertical Preferred )
  • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems (preferably HubSpot) and integrating those systems with other technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
  • Should be a good team player

Job requirements

Preferred:

  • Marketing degree and/or background preferred.
  • Experience in attribution marketing reporting preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute inbound campaigns including email content, paid advertisement, social media, for lead and demand generation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns in collaboration with leadership and operations teams.
  • Work with sales and customer success teams to create custom marketing collaterals and drive in-house events to re-engage and convert existing accounts.
  • Build marketing strategies and execute high value customer acquisition activities across multiple traffic channels (email, display ads, website, google search and SEO)
  • Partner with external and internal stakeholders to drive high-volume lead generation activities like physical and virtual events, partnered & customer webinars.
  • Deliver effective online marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on email marketing, utilizing marketing automation for dedicated nurture sequences.
  • Work with editorial and content management teams to create marketing and sales collaterals that provide value to target customers.
  • Optimize marketing campaigns, messaging and workflows through frequent testing and data analysis, documenting results and sharing best practices.
  • Well-versed with marketing automation and CRM tools like Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot and Salesforce to develop marketing communications, landing pages and check lead conversion funnel.
  • Manage communication & report to appropriate stakeholders on the monthly basis.
  • Working knowledge of ABM required.
