Role Overview

We're looking for a growth-driven Marketing Manager with expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and a passion for leveraging AI-powered marketing tools. You'll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of ABM campaigns, working across sales, product, and content teams to create personalized, high-conversion experiences for our top enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

ABM & Demand Generation

  • Design and execute 1:1, 1: Few, and 1:Many ABM campaigns across digital and offline channels.

  • Collaborate with sales to identify target accounts and build tailored campaigns that engage buying committees.

  • Implement AI-powered tools (e.g. ZoomInfo, Clay, ChatGPT) to automate research, enrich data, and personalize outreach at scale.

  • Build and manage integrated demand generation workflows across LinkedIn Ads, SEO, webinars, retargeting, and email nurture.

  • Create account intelligence dashboards with AI enrichment to guide sales follow-ups and measure campaign performance.

AI-First Marketing Operations

  • Drive AI-led experimentation across content repurposing, email sequencing, campaign testing, and reporting.

  • Set up automated campaign pipelines using tools like HubSpot, Zapier/n8n, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  • Deploy GPT-based content modules to generate initial drafts for blogs, social posts, and email sequences.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Own marketing attribution and funnel performance metrics (SAL, SQL, pipeline velocity).

  • Use analytics platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) to track ROI, and engagement by cohort.

  • Continuously test and iterate to improve CPL and pipeline contribution from target accounts.

 

Job requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in L&D, SaaS, or professional services.

  • Proven expertise in ABM strategy and martech integration.

  • Deep understanding of AI tools and their application in marketing workflows.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and AI platforms (e.g. Claude, Clay, Copy.ai).
