About the Role
We're seeking an engaging and experienced Onboarding Trainer to join a dynamic Learning & Development team within a leading industrial organization in the UAE.
In this role, you'll lead the delivery of the organization's employee onboarding program, creating a welcoming and engaging experience for new hires while helping them build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed. Beyond facilitation, you'll partner with stakeholders across the business to continuously enhance onboarding content, improve the learner experience, and contribute to additional internal learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging onboarding and induction workshops for new employees.
Coordinate onboarding sessions and ensure participants are prepared for a successful learning experience.
Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to keep onboarding content accurate, relevant, and up to date.
Continuously improve onboarding materials based on business updates and participant feedback.
Maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, and supporting documentation.
Design and develop additional internal learning solutions and training materials as needed.
Support broader Learning & Development initiatives that strengthen employee capability across the organization.
Job requirements
What We're Looking For
Experience designing and delivering corporate onboarding or employee induction programs.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Background developing, updating, or maintaining learning materials.
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive approach to continuous improvement and learner experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, energy, or other operational environments.
Instructional design or learning content development experience.
Familiarity with corporate Learning & Development best practices.
