Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Operations Finance Executive to manage day-to-day operations, compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of accounting standards, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Location: Work from Office
Available Position: Full Time
At least 3+ years of experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare financial statements for companies, firms, and individuals.

  • Compile and analyze financial projections to assist in decision-making.

  • Support financial planning and ensure timely completion of reporting tasks.

2. Invoice Management:

  • Create, verify, and process invoices accurately and on time.

  • Track and manage outstanding invoices, ensuring timely follow-ups for payments.

  • Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.

3. Accounts Payable & Receivable:

  • Manage and process vendor payments, ensuring accurate and timely disbursements.

  • Oversee customer collections, track due payments, and maintain accurate records.

  • Conduct regular reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.

4. Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and operational efficiency.

  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows.

5. Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with external clients and internal teams for financial and compliance matters.

  • Handle queries related to taxation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years in Accounting or Operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and Income Tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
