About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager who can bring structure, discipline, and visibility to a complex global delivery environment. This role is responsible for ensuring that our operations run with accuracy, predictability, and strong financial control—across revenue, cost, vendor management, and reporting.
You will serve as the central point of accountability for operational performance, partnering closely with senior leaders across Delivery, Finance, Sales, RevOps, and PMO. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends financial ownership, process rigor, and team leadership.

What You’ll Do
Own Financial & Revenue Operations
Manage global delivery financials including revenue, cost, margin, utilization, AR, and AP
Ensure accurate revenue recognition, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial close
Partner with Finance and PMO to track revenue movement and enforce financial discipline
Drive on-time vendor payments and maintain strong financial hygiene across operations
Lead Vendor & Contract Management
Oversee end-to-end vendor lifecycle including onboarding, contracts, and governance
Ensure compliance across MSAs, SOWs, and commercial terms
Track vendor costs, optimize pricing, and improve vendor performance and experience
Drive Reporting, Insights & Operating Cadence
Own operational and financial reporting, dashboards, and KPIs
Publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly insights for leadership
Establish operating rhythms to track performance, risks, and efficiency
Translate data into actionable insights for business leaders
Improve Processes & Operational Efficiency
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce effort, cost, and cycle time
Standardize workflows, ensure SOP adherence, and maintain audit readiness
Lead automation and system improvement initiatives to modernize operations
Own Performance Management & Governance
Drive OKR tracking, reporting, and completion across the organization
Monitor performance trends and implement corrective actions
Track efficiency gains and cost savings tied to operational initiatives
Lead & Develop the Team
Manage and mentor a 7–10 member multi-functional operations team
Build a high-ownership, high-accountability culture
Provide coaching, define clear roles and success metrics, and support career growth
Manage capacity, performance gaps, and succession planning
Strengthen Systems, Tools & Automation
Build and maintain dashboards, MIS reporting, and executive views
Automate workflows and reduce manual dependencies
Leverage tools such as Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Monday.com, and Copilot
Ensure data integrity across systems including Salesforce, VMS, and financial platforms
Oversee Logistics & Asset Management
Manage travel, events, and leadership logistics with cost and policy discipline
Oversee software, license, and asset lifecycle including procurement and audits
Job requirements
What You Bring
10+ years of experience in Operations, Finance Operations, or Delivery Operations
Strong financial acumen across revenue, cost, margin, AR/AP
Experience managing vendor ecosystems and contract governance
Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and develop talent
Comfort working with senior stakeholders in high-expectation environments
Strong data and reporting skills; Power BI experience preferred
Experience driving process improvement, automation, or operational transformation
