Location: Onsite – Noida, India

The Opportunity

Infopro Learning is seeking an Oracle LMS Administrator to support a high-visibility client engagement in the Middle East region. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on the day-to-day administration and operational support of the Oracle Learning Management System (LMS).

We’re looking for someone who combines strong Oracle LMS administration experience with professionalism, responsiveness, and a service-oriented mindset. The right person will be comfortable supporting users, managing LMS operations, and partnering directly with client stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time onsite role based in our Noida office.

What You’ll Do

Administer and support the Oracle LMS environment on an ongoing basis
Manage learner enrollments, assignments, reporting, and LMS operations
Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues in a timely manner
Support users and respond to operational requests from client stakeholders
Maintain learning records, system data, and administrative processes
Coordinate with internal and client teams to ensure smooth day-to-day support
Serve as a professional, client-facing point of contact for LMS support activities

Job requirements

What You Bring

Hands-on experience administering Oracle LMS / Oracle Learning environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting enterprise learning operations or LMS administration
Ability to manage operational tasks with accuracy and responsiveness
Comfort working in a client-facing support environment
Ability to work onsite from our Noida office
Availability to support approximately 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST working hours
