Procurement Registration Specialist | Night Shift

The Opportunity
We are hiring a Procurement Registration Specialist to manage and complete vendor registrations across company portals and online procurement systems. This role is critical to expanding our access to new projects and RFP opportunities by ensuring we are accurately registered and visible to the right clients.

What You’ll Do

Register the organization across customer/vendor portals and online systems
Manage and maintain vendor profiles to ensure accuracy and completeness
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of vendor registrations, including updates and renewals
Refresh and revise existing registrations as needed
Maintain organized records of registrations, credentials, and documentation
Support efforts to expand access to relevant projects and RFP opportunities
