Job Summary:
The Product Owner will play a key role in the development and delivery of our products. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and business leaders to define product vision, gather requirements, and prioritize work to maximize value delivery. Your goal is to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis

  • Identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Gather product requirements from various stakeholders including customers, sales, and marketing teams.

  • Create and maintain a detailed product prioritized backlog, ensuring that stories are well-defined and ready for development.

  • Work closely with development teams, groom them and manage sprints to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery of high-quality features.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for any product-related queries and facilitate communication across teams.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure product interfaces are user-friendly and visually appealing.

  • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

  • Maintain regular connects with clients as a Customer Success Manager & handle renewals & support queries

  • Manage Product Demo’s and documentations for internal stakeholders & clients

  • Coordinate product & feature launches and work with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.

  • Analyze and report on key product metrics to stakeholders and use insights to guide future development.

 

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. (B.E Preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.

  • Experience in Product related documentation & all delivery processes & deliverables at each stage.

  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience working with design teams is a plus.

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or other relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Strong hands on experience in Microsoft Office suit is a plus.
