Job description
Program Manager, Learning and Workforce Transformation | Onsite - Noida, India | Open to India-based candidates only
Location: Noida, India (work from office)
Employment type: Full-time (FTE)
Experience: 8 to 12 years
In this role, you will own a portfolio of workforce transformation programs for enterprise clients and be accountable for the results.
You will be the person clients trust to turn their goals into a plan and then deliver it. You will work directly with L&D, HR and business leaders, lead the Project Managers and cross-functional teams behind the work, and have a real say in how programs are run. You will also help set the pace for how our teams use AI agents in delivery, starting from your first day.
If you like owning outcomes, building client relationships and leading people, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
Partner with senior client leaders to understand what success means for their business, then shape every program to achieve it.
Be the client’s go-to contact and escalation point. Run steering committees, QBRs and executive reporting.
Set programs up properly from the start: stakeholders, scope against the SOW, success metrics, baselines, resourcing, vendors and risks.
Own delivery across multiple accounts and concurrent programs, including custom content, training delivery, consulting, talent, managed services and learning platforms.
Lead cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones, and step in to recover work when issues come up.
Own budget, forecast, billing and gross margin.
Show clients the impact of their programs, and use the data to build the case for renewal and growth.
Work with Client Partners and Sales to find new scope and shape proposals and SOWs.
Use AI agents for planning, status reporting, risk tracking, resourcing and QA, and help your Project Managers and teams do the same.
Coach and mentor Project Managers, and help shape standards, templates, and lessons learned.
Job requirements
What you bring

Experience working with senior client stakeholders, from Director to C-suite.
Experience with global clients across regions and time zones.
Working knowledge of instructional design, eLearning production and learning platforms.
Advanced MS Project (or equivalent), Excel and PowerPoint.
Hands-on use of AI tools at work, and the ability to pick up new ones quickly.
A Bachelor’s degree. A Master’s or MBA is preferred.
Nice to have: PMP, PgMP or PRINCE2; experience measuring learning impact (Kirkpatrick/Phillips); experience with managed services and multi-vendor delivery.
If you have led complex learning or talent programs for enterprise clients and want to own the results from kickoff to measured impact, we would like to hear from you. Please apply with your resume.
