As a Project Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end delivery of digital learning and education programs for clients and partners in the education and learning sector. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project discipline, and ensure that quality, budget, and timelines are consistently achieved.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with client goals and delivery timelines.

  • Oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including academic content, design, and media production stakeholders.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

  • Track risks, issues, and dependencies; communicate proactively to maintain alignment.

  • Drive continuous improvement across cost, quality, and delivery efficiency.

  • Prepare and manage project reports, billing documentation, and status updates.

Job requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • 4–6 years of project management experience.

  • Experience managing projects in K–12, higher education, or EdTech environments.

  • Strong command of project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar).

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Exposure to digital learning, curriculum development, or education technology platforms.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.

  • Experience collaborating with international clients or partners.
