About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of learning and content development projects. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, working across instructional design, SMEs, media, and delivery teams to ensure timelines, quality, and budgets are met.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused. Strong fundamentals in project management and practical experience using Microsoft Project are essential.

What You’ll Do

Own the full project lifecycle from kickoff through delivery and closure
Build and manage detailed project plans using Microsoft Project
Define scope, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional teams and keep projects moving forward
Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
Ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned to quality expectations
Communicate clearly with internal teams and client stakeholders
Provide regular status updates, forecasts, and reporting

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of project management experience, ideally in learning, training, eLearning, or content development
Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Project
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Experience working with cross-functional teams (10–15+ members)
Solid understanding of scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

Experience in learning services or digital content environments
Exposure to automation, AI-enabled workflows, or reporting tools
Experience working with global or distributed teams
