Role Overview:
As a Project Manager – Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the execution and delivery of high-impact marketing initiatives by managing timelines, budgets, resources, stakeholder expectations and ROI. You will ensure smooth coordination between marketing, sales, solutioning, and delivery teams while optimizing project workflows and ensuring campaign objectives are met. This role requires strong agile project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to align marketing initiatives with business goals efficiently through practices such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Project Management & Execution:
Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of multiple marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager and leadership to align project timelines, resources, and priorities with business objectives.
Develop structured project workflows for campaign launches, content production, and event execution while ensuring process efficiency.
Manage marketing campaign roadmaps, ensuring smooth execution of inbound campaigns, paid ads, social media, SEO, and email marketing efforts.
Implement agile project management methodologies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and team collaboration to improve team efficiency and responsiveness.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a central point of contact for marketing, sales, solutions, functional teams, and external vendors to streamline project execution.
Coordinate with the Functional Manager to ensure campaigns align with attribution marketing strategies and performance goals.
Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to facilitate marketing-driven engagement initiatives such as in-house events, webinars, and ABM campaigns.
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and collaboration between marketing, sales, delivery, and functional teams.
Act as a liaison to streamline project execution, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed about project progress, changes, and deliverables through regular updates and agile communication practices.
Process Optimization & Performance Tracking:
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline marketing workflows, campaign execution, and resource utilization.
Develop and maintain project dashboards, tracking campaign progress, key deliverables, and milestones.
Ensure all marketing initiatives adhere to compliance, branding, and quality guidelines.
Resources & Vendor Management:
Oversee project resource allocation, ensuring the right talent and expertise are assigned to each initiative.
Manage optimal resource utilization across multiple priorities to generate highest value for internal and external customers.
Manage vendor relationships for creative production, marketing automation, and analytics, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
Reporting & Communication:
Track and report key marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and project outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
Provide regular marketing project status reports, highlighting risks, roadblocks, and opportunities for optimization.
Facilitate regular check-ins with leadership, sales, and delivery teams to ensure marketing projects align with broader business objectives.

Mandatory Qualifications:
Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Project Management (Marketing background preferred).
5+ years of experience in project management within marketing or a related field.
Strong understanding of marketing execution, attribution reporting, and digital marketing processes.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and drive execution in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Competencies:
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile project management certification.
Experience with attribution marketing, customer journey mapping, and demand generation.
Strong data-driven mindset with experience in reporting, tracking, and optimizing marketing initiatives.
Additional Information:
Geographical Location: Work from Office @ Noida, India.
Work Mode: Work from Office with flexi time.
Travel Need: Occasional travel may be required.
