Job description
As a Project Manager, you will transform customer experience by consulting customers, uncovering their real learning needs, and proposing suitable learning solutions. You will work along with PLAs in creating proposals and provide oversight for delivery. Not only will you be expected to establish effective customer relationships but also work proactively towards growing the account by identifying more business. In addition, you will be expected to interface with the team to articulate customer requirements to each team member, based on their respective roles and responsibilities.

- Coordinate with SME, ID, Media teams on projects; Facilitate customer, delivery team, and project team interactions
- Manage customer manager expectations and enhance relationships to establish successful project management.
- Provide effective and structured timely feedback.
- Initiate and facilitate innovations from self and team in sync with these goals:
- Cost reduction
- Productivity enhancement
- Quality enhancement
- Handle day-to-day team issues (leaves, team conflicts, resource scheduling, work allocation, etc.)
- Create Billing/MIS reports for clients and management
- Coordinate with contractual/external resources for work allocation and tracking as per schedule
- Ensure optimum utilization of all types of resources in terms of:
- Capacity utilization of core team and pool resources
- Costs incurred on project-specific hardware, software and external vendors, etc.
Job requirements
Job Qualifications
Minimum:
- Any Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 8 or more years of experience in on-line Learning industry, providing exemplary customer service to individuals and organizations
- 5 or more years of experience in Project management within the learning industry.
- Managing teams of 15 or more people in all phases of the Project life cycle (initiate, perform, close, and operate).
- Develop effective relationships with customers and members of other internal departments.
- Ability to demonstrate effective leadership and decision making skills.
Preferred:
- Instructional design experience will be a huge add-on.
- PMI Certification is highly desired.
